Frequently asked questions

How much does Price Oversight cost?

Pilots are a fixed price for 30 days. Enterprise agreements are quoted for your catalog: the number of SKUs you monitor at each retailer, plus Surge Days, price history, seats, and support. Start a pilot or contact sales and we'll send you a quote.

What's included in a pilot?

Up to 25 SKUs monitored at one retailer of your choice (Amazon, Walmart, or Target), daily checks, one Surge Day, investigations, evidence reports, catalog setup, weekly reviews, and an end-of-pilot readout. The 30 days start with your first daily check. A pilot is a separate purchase from an annual agreement and doesn't commit you to one.

How are enterprise agreements billed?

Annually in advance, by invoice. Agreements renew each year unless either side gives notice at least 30 days before the renewal date. We can work with your purchase order and supplier registration process.

Can we add SKUs or retailers during the year?

Yes. Additions are prorated to your renewal date. Reductions take effect at renewal.

What's the difference between a watched retailer and the retailers you investigate?

A watched retailer is where we check your products every day against your alert prices, such as Amazon, Walmart, or Target. When a price drops below your alert price, the investigation searches more than 100 retailers for the listing that may explain it, whether or not those retailers are on your watch list. A pilot watches one retailer, and its investigations still search all of them.

How long do you keep our price history?

We keep monitoring data for 13 months for every customer. Your agreement sets how much of that history you can see, so adding more history shows more of it. Evidence for an open investigation stays visible until the investigation is closed. See the Privacy Policy for what happens when service ends.
