Security & Trust

Information for customers evaluating Price Oversight.

Last Updated September 28, 2026

Service scope

Price Oversight helps businesses monitor product pricing using product identifiers and pricing observations. Users access the application through their accounts. Customer internal-system connections are not part of our current service scope.

Application access

The application includes authentication and organization membership checks. These mechanisms are intended to limit access to authorized users. Production configuration and operational controls are reviewed separately; this overview is not an independent security assessment or certification.

Contact-form handling

Our website sends contact submissions over HTTPS to Web3Forms for delivery to our inbox. Do not send credentials, sensitive records, or confidential attachments through the sales form. See our Privacy Policy and Service Providers pages for further information.

Report a security issue

Email security@priceoversight.com for suspected vulnerabilities or incidents. Include affected URLs, a description, the time observed, and safe reproduction details. Do not include passwords or other people’s personal information. Ask for a secure exchange method if sensitive evidence is needed. Reports are routed to the same support team that handles incidents.

Responsible reporting

Avoid accessing other users’ information, disrupting services, or performing destructive tests. Contact us before testing. We do not currently publish a bug-bounty program or grant testing authorization through this page.

Customer reviews

Contact security@priceoversight.com to request information about hosting, access controls, data handling, or security assessments. Availability commitments, incident-notification obligations, and recovery expectations must be established in the customer agreement. This page does not claim SOC 2 or ISO certification.
