Scope and operator
These terms describe use of the Price Oversight website and service. A separately executed customer agreement governs the purchased service and takes precedence where it conflicts with these terms. These terms do not establish a subscription, pilot, price, or service-level commitment.
Business use and accounts
Use the service only with authorization from the organization you represent. Provide accurate account information, safeguard credentials, and notify security@priceoversight.com of suspected unauthorized access. Do not share access beyond permissions granted to you.
Customer-submitted information
You retain your rights in information you provide. You must have authority to submit it and permit its processing to deliver the service under the applicable agreement. Do not submit passwords, sensitive personal information, or data outside the agreed scope. Customer confidentiality and data-processing obligations should be addressed in the customer agreement.
Permitted use
Do not use the site or service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malware, interference with other users, or attempts to bypass access restrictions. Do not use pricing information to facilitate unlawful coordination or other prohibited conduct. Contact us before conducting security testing; this page does not authorize testing.
Pricing information and limitations
Retailer listings and prices can change between observations. Matching, availability, seller details, pack sizes, and monitoring results may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review underlying sources before making decisions. Price Oversight does not guarantee retailer coverage, continuous observations, or commercial outcomes unless expressly agreed in writing.
Our content and third-party sources
Price Oversight retains rights in its software, branding, and original website content. Customer and third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. References or links to retailers and other services do not imply endorsement or affiliation; their own terms and policies apply.
Availability and responsibility
Website information is provided for general informational purposes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not make warranties about its accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability. Service warranties, liability allocations, support obligations, and remedies belong in the applicable customer agreement. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Access restrictions and changes
We may restrict website access to address misuse or security threats. Service suspension, termination, data return, and deletion are subject to the customer agreement and applicable law. We may revise these terms and will provide notice where required. This page does not amend an executed customer agreement.
